If I could take off a star I would. Although they are paid to take care of the grave site, they haven't. Seem to lose payments, not record them and not send out bills. They don't return phone calls and when you speak to office staff, each one is more uncaring then the next
Wife's grave collapsed inward. I informed staff in Wellwood office. I offered to pay them. Refused payment and stated "We will take care of it". It is now one month. No one in office knows anything about anything. No one takes responsibility. So my dear wife's burial plot is sinking further and further. If i could i would move her. I do not recommend this place!
